- Developing long-term financial plans and strategies to achieve the school/college's financial goals

- Identifying and assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
- Implementing risk management procedures and controls
Compliance and Governance
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable accounting, tax and regulatory requirements
- Adhering to good governance practices and ethical principles in financial management
Communication and Relationship Management
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including the school/college administration, staff and students
- Maintaining relationships with financial institutions, vendors and other relevant parties
Professional Development and Training
- Continuously update knowledge and skills in accounting and finance through professional development and training
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
Administration and Support
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the accounting team as necessary
