Gather your information. For each end note, you should have the author, the title, the page number and publication information (date, place and publisher.)
Cite the first name, last name and title of the author (in italics,) then the publication information in parentheses, followed by the page number in an end note. For example: Jane Doe, Here and There (Chicago, IL: Traveling Book Publishers, 2002), 87.
Cite the same source used twice in a row by putting the end note as "Ibid" and the page number. For example: Ibid, 202.
