How to Determine Acidic Property

Generally nonhazardous acids can be identified by their sour taste and a pH level anywhere from 0 to 7. A pH meter would be a best indicator for acidic property of any chemicals but, for small-scale identification purposes, a universal pH indicator strip will do the job.
