How to Find Out Semester Hours at My University

You have a lot to learn when starting college, including how to record, organize and earn the required hours for your degree. Credit hours are the number of hours you are required to be in class in order to obtain a degree, and each individual class requires a certain number of hours you must be in attendance each week. For example, a class that is three hours would meet three hours per week, either all at once or on a schedule. Find out how many hours you have, how many you need or how many are available by checking with your school.
