In a 2009 survey featured in Entertainment Magazine Online, culinary industry leaders were asked to name and rank the best professional cooking schools in the United States and Canada. In the survey, 150 food editors, journalists and restaurateurs each named their choices, and the following culinary schools made the top 10.
