    Southern Oklahoma Technology Center

    • Southern Oklahoma Technology Center offers a variety of training courses including computer technology, gardening and landscaping, deck building, welding, security guard training, auto collision repair, auto service, cosmetology, nail technician, licensed practical nurse, medical assisting and dental hygiene. SOTC has one-day computer workshops focusing on different computer applications, short term training classes and longer term career classes. Courses are offered to high school students and adults.

    Aladdin Beauty College

    • Aladdin Beauty College has two locations in Oklahoma, in Lawton and Clinton. Aladdin has a full cosmetology course load that includes hair and nails, as well as a cosmetologist instructor course. Students can also become specialists in perm, hairstyles or nails. Ongoing education is provided through skill sharpening workshops. Hands on experience is a part of the education; students work in the school's salon after completing requisite course and lab work.

    • Oklahoma School of Photography has 36-week courses that start every other Monday. Courses include photography, lab technician, digital image specialist and one photography class that is 100 percent online. Day and evening classes are available. Prior experience is not necessary.

    Tulsa Welding School

    • Tulsa Welding School has a three and a half-month structural welding course, a seven-month master welder course and a 14-month associate of occupational studies in welding technology. Day courses range from five to seven hours in length. Students spend one day of each week in the classroom and the other four in welding labs for hands-on experience.
