International Flight Attendant Schools

All flight attendants must be certified by the FAA either through the airline that they join and train with or a private training institution. Flight attendants for international airlines must also speak at least one foreign language fluently and receive additional instruction in passport and customs regulations. There are several international flight attendant schools that train and certify you for this position.

      flight attendant to accept trips to all types of international destinations.

    A.S.R Institute of Travel & Tourism Studies

    • The Institute of Travel and Tourism in New Zealand offers an internationally recognized program, according to training standards required by the airline industry, along with internship opportunities with established airlines. Classes take place in Johannesburg, London, Barbados and New Zealand. Graduates receive a diploma in airline and travel management, which is accepted by international airlines as certification that the candidate is well-trained for her position. The courses
      themselves cover theory and practical training that is offered by a variety of commercial airlines and include topics such as aviation safety, customer service, airline management, and more. Student loans and scholarships are available.

    Swan Heights

    • Swan Heights of Amsterdam, a member of the European Business Aviation Association, is an institute which trains flight attendants who will work on private jets. The initial course is 9 days long and suited for those who have no prior experience as flight attendants.
