Ultrasound Courses in Australia

Ultrasound technology uses sound waves that penetrate beneath the skin. These sound waves afford images of what is happening inside the body. Also known as sonography, ultrasounds are often used during pregnancy to check the health status of a fetus. Medical professionals can also use ultrasounds to check other systems of the body, including the muscular system. Australia has several schools that offer sonography training.
