How to Sign Up for a Payment Plan at Moberly Area Community College

Moberly Area Community College is a two-year college based in Missouri, with more than 40 areas of study and 5,000 students across seven locations statewide. Students who do not have guaranteed financial aid or sufficient funds to pay their tuition may be eligible for a deferred payment plan.

  1. Be Prepared Before Classes Start

    • 1
      The deferred payment plan application is available at the campus business office.

      Go to the business office on your campus and ask for a deferred payment plan application. Unless you have guaranteed financial aid in place, all tuition and fees are due on or before the start of classes, so it's important to have the payment plan in place prior to the beginning of the semester.

      Complete and sign the application.

      Complete and return the form, including any pertinent financial information that is requested. Your signature and a $40 processing fee are required.

      Timely payments are required.

      Make all payments on time, according to the payment schedule. Payments are accepted at the cashier's window, at Student Services or at an MACC satellite location. Each of these locations has different hours of operation. You can use cash, check, MasterCard, Visa or Discover cards for payment, however, the Columbia campus does not accept cash payments. Payments can also be mailed to the MACC business office.
