Click the "Apply Now" link on the community college website. Apply links can be found placed prominently on the homepage. Open an account on the "Apply Now" website, which requires you to create a user name and password to access the application.
Fill out the online application. Enter your personal information and education history. Such information includes your mailing address, telephone number and email address. You must also provide information about where you went to high school and previous college education experiences. Community college applications also require you to attest that you are a resident of the state where you plan to attend community college to qualify for in-state tuition rates.
Pay the fee and submit the application. Pay the application fee with a credit card. Some states, such as some community colleges in New York, charge a community college application fee. States such as Virginia and Maryland, however, do not. When your payment has been accepted, you can submit your application by pressing the "Submit" button.
