      Enter your personal information. In order to get a PIN, you must supply: your name, address, Social Security number, birthday, email address, a challenge question and your PIN. You can choose to make your own PIN, or you can have one assigned to you. The PIN is four numbers and must be a number that you will remember.

      Submit PIN request. You must choose how you would like to receive your PIN if you are having it assigned. You can receive it instantly through the website, you can receive it by email, or you can receive it through the regular mail. If you made your own PIN, then it will be the one that you chose.
