How to Apply for FAFSA PIN

If you or your child plans to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), you must first apply for a personal identification number (PIN). A PIN acts as an electronic signature for a FAFSA application and a FAFSA application won't be processed online until the PIN is entered. You only need to enter your personal information in the PIN application to get started.
