Grants for Adopted Kids Going to College

The cost of getting a college education is a substantial expense for any family. Adopted children may be able to obtain financial assistance to help pay for college expenses by applying for a grant through scholarship funds that are specifically meant for foster or adopted children. Those who are hoping to get federally funded aid need to fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form.
