The University of Washington's accelerated nursing program gives prospective students the opportunity to learn from the best. The program is fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, and it's designed for students who have earned a bachelor's degree. The program is condensed into five consecutive quarters, which include two summer courses. It takes a little over a year to complete. Upon graduation, each student receives a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is eligible to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses to obtain her RN license.
