The No. 2 spot on the U.S. News & World Report rankings went to the University of California-San Francisco.
According to the School of Nursing's dean, Kathleen Dracup, RN, DNSc, FNP, FAAN, the school has recently tripled its research funding and increased scholarship support and enrollment to meet a high demand for nurses, faculty and health-policy leaders.
