Forensic Social Work Schools

Forensic social work is the practice of social work within the legal system. Forensic social workers may be involved in issues such as child custody issues, neglect, spouse abuse, juvenile and adult justice services, corrections and treatment. Traditionally, specific forensic social work training was rarely available, but today some master degree programs offer a specialty in forensic social work, and some schools offer a post-graduate certificate in forensic social work.
