Private LPN Schools in Illinois

Licensed practical nurses (LPNs) provide basic daily health services to patients. This includes taking vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and feeding. LPNs are required to have state licenses and pass a national exam upon completion of their studies. LPN programs are generally one year in duration and include health science classes and clinical training. In Illinois, students who want to become LPNs can receive their training from a wide variety of educational institutions, including private technical and vocational schools.
