Select a European university program offering an MscBA program in human resources. The Financial Times of London offers a ranking of European business schools. The list shows which schools offer MscBA programs, but you will have to check the individual school websites to see if they offer a specialization in human resources.
Take the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT). This test is a requirement for most graduate business schools in Europe. It is a test that measures your verbal and analytical skills. Gather all the documentation that you will need to complete your application. This will likely include your GMAT results, your previous university transcripts, letters of recommendation from supervisors or professors and a letter of intent which describes your reason for wanting to complete the program. Submit these documents and the application form according to the guidelines set out by the university that you have selected.

Complete your MscBA in human resources. Programs will vary in length, taking one year for a person with a business undergraduate degree, but possibly two years for those without a relevant degree. During your program you will attend lectures and classes and be required to complete a thesis before graduating. Your thesis will be an original research work that contributes to the field of human resources. In addition to your academic work, most European schools offer hands on training through internships. An internship may be taken concurrent with your studies or completed following your studies. An internship can give you practical experience in human resources, allow you to work as a consultant and possibly give you an opportunity to perform research for your thesis. After completing your MscBA in human resources you will be prepared for a career as an HR consultant.
