- Start by visiting the Anna University official website and downloading the application for a duplicate degree certificate.

Step 2: Attest the Photocopies of Marksheets
- Get attested photocopies of your mark sheets for all the semesters/years from the Department Secretary/HOD/Office Superintendent.
Step 3: Get the Application Counter-Signed
- Get your filled-out application countersigned by the Dean (Faculty).
- If you're an ex-student, the concerned department of Anna University will countersign the application.
Step 4: Pay the Processing and Postage Charges
- Determine the fees and postage charges for the duplicate degree certificate.
- Make the payment using the necessary mode, such as DD or online payment.
Step 5: Submit the Application and Documents
- Submit your completed application form and supporting documents to the relevant office at Anna University, Chennai.
- Obtain the acknowledgement receipt for the submission.
Step 6: Verification of Documents
- The application and supporting documents will undergo verification by the Controller of Examinations office.
Step 7: Issuance of Duplicate Certificate
- Once verified, the Controller of Examinations will issue the duplicate degree certificate.
Step 8: Courier or Personal Collection
- You can choose to have the duplicate certificate sent to your address via courier (additional charges may apply).
- Alternatively, you can collect it in person from the designated office.
Remember to take the acknowledgement receipt and proof of identity when collecting the certificate.
