Online Correspondent Schools

Traditionally, correspondent colleges offered programs that employed videos or written books to convey course material. Students completed assignments and corresponded with instructors primarily by mail. With the advent of the Internet, some correspondent schools have introduced online programs, which allow for a faster transmission of information using e-mail, websites and message boards. These online correspondent schools offer certificates, diplomas and degrees in numerous fields.
