Regionally Accredited Correspondence Colleges

Both nationally and regionally accredited correspondence colleges have to go through a lengthy review of their curriculum, delivery methods and campus facilities. The difference is that regionally accredited colleges are reviewed by a regional organization, like the Northwest Association of Schools and Colleges, while nationally accredited colleges are reviewed by a national organization, like the Distance Education and Training Council. You can get a quality education at either type of institution, though you may find that a regionally accredited correspondence college suits your needs better than an on-campus experience.
