Students can take all of their equine studies courses and all general studies requirements online. This is a traditional four-year program, although students can opt to take it on a part-time basis. Breyer State University offers an accredited online Bachelor of Science in Equine Studies degree. Students can enroll at any time for the courses in this program, which include Equine Sports Massage, Equine Safety and Rescue, Stallion Management and a number of training and health-related courses. For training courses, the Breyer State program also uses video uploads and critiques; text-based courses are completed through the submission of work and taking tests online. This program is designed for working students, so there is no time limit for completing courses. The program is accredited by the Educational Accreditation Association (EAA).
