Confirm that you meet the requirements for the nursing program. Applicants should have a score between one and three, with one being the highest score out of six from the Scottish Qualifications Authority or SQA, in English and mathematics. Decide what nursing path interest you--child, adult or mental health nursing.
Fill out an application online for your nursing program through the UCAS. You will need to include your personal information and education and work history. Complete a personal statement and include references with your application. Applications are due January 15 if you wish to start in September and on November 30 to start your course in January.
Meet with the University for an admissions interview. The University will complete a criminal background check on you and you must also pass a health screening to be accepted into the nursing program.
