Health Care Training Schools

Health care training schools offer a variety of 2- to 4-year courses as well as quick programs that can be completed in under a year. Financial aid is usually available through a health care training school for those who qualify. There is also even assistance with high school completion if required. For the aspiring health care student there are a plethora of schools to choose from.

ATI health care programs include dental assisting, massage therapy, personal fitness trainer, respiratory therapy and more. ATI Career Training Centers have been providing health care training for over thirty-five years.

    • Everest College (everest.edu) offers health care training including medical insurance billing and coding, medical assistant, medical administrative assistant and more at its locations scattered throughout the United States. At Everest College, students receive training from instructors with real world experience while receiving real world experience of their own. Everest also provides several short term programs to get students into their new careers in less than a year.

    Sanford Brown Institute

    • The Sanford Brown Institute (sanfordbrown.edu), located mainly on the west coast and mid-western United States, offers health care training programs in several areas of study such as Dental, Nursing as well as Allied Health Technicians and Therapists. At Sanford Brown, students receive hands on training to prepare them for their careers.

    Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts

    • The Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts (gurnick.edu) health care programs are taught through the use of lectures experience with an emphasis on clinical involvement. Students are rotated through different affiliated clinics as they progress in the internship part of their studies. Total clinic hours will vary depending on the program enrolled in. Gurnick Academies are located in 4 California locations including Concord, Fresno, San Mateo and Modesto.
