How many years to get a masters in cardiac medicine?

There isn't a "Master's in Cardiac Medicine" in the same way there's a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master's in Public Health (MPH). Cardiac medicine specialization happens *after* medical school.

To become a cardiologist, the process involves:

1. 4 years of medical school (MD or DO).

2. 3-4 years of residency in Internal Medicine.

3. 2-3 years of fellowship in Cardiology.

Therefore, it takes a minimum of 9-10 years after starting medical school to become a practicing cardiologist. This doesn't include the time spent on undergraduate education before medical school.
