How long must you attend a Veterinary Medicine School to become licensed veterinarian?

In the United States, to become a licensed veterinarian, one must attend a four-year veterinary medicine school. After completing veterinary school, one must pass the North American Veterinary Licensing Exam (NAVLE) and obtain a license from the state in which they wish to practice.
