College Board is the administrator of the SAT test, an internationally recognized college admissions test. It tests your knowledge in three subjects: reading, writing and math. Almost all colleges and universities utilize the SAT to make their admission decisions. Most schools require your SAT scores to be sent from College Board in lieu of paper scores. To apply to any State University of New York school, you need to input your SAT scores on the online application in addition to sending the scores to a campus.
