Everest College offers classes in Phoenix and Mesa leading to an associate degree in paralegal studies after a minimum of 24 months of study. There is an online degree program, but this program is not ABA approved. The Arizona locations are the only Everest College schools with an ABA approved program.

Lawson College offers an associate of applied science degree in paralegal studies. The program also prepares students to sit for the Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) examination offered by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA). A degree can be obtained in as little as 15 months.

Phoenix College offers an associate in applied science in paralegal studies as well as a certificate of completion in paralegal studies for those who already hold a college degree. To complete the two programs the minimum length of study is three semesters for the certificate and four to five semesters for the associate degree.

Pima Community College offers an associate degree in applied science and a certificate requiring a bachelor's or associate degree for admission. The associate degree program provides the option after completion to transfer to Northern Arizona University's Public Agency Service degree. The school offers daytime, evening, and weekend courses. Both programs are offered at the school's Downtown Campus.
