Florida College lies less than ten miles outside of Tampa in the town of Temple Terrace, Florida. The college offers degrees, such as a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies, Music and Liberal Studies as well as a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Business. Florida College also places importance on its Christian status, offering daily chapel services. All members of the staff are required to be members of the Church of Christ, Florida College's denominational claim. All students must take daily religion classes. With a small student to teacher ratio (12:1), Florida College offers personalized instruction.

Tabernacle is a non-denominational college specializing in Bible Training. Students can choose to study on campus or at home; Tabernacle offers home study theological training. The ministerial and student studies are Bible-based, but the school offers accredited degrees. Degrees awarded to students include a Bachelors of Theology and Religious Arts, a Masters of Religious Arts and of Divinity, and a Doctorate of Theology. Tabernacle is located a short drive from Tampa. However, the distance learning program is available to those unable to attend campus classes.
