New York City’s FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) is a world renowned school that trains students in the ways of design, fashion, art, communications and business. Ashland University offers a degree in fashion merchandising and is one of the top fashion merchandising schools in the country, according to Collegecrunch.org. When you major in fashion merchandising at Ashland, you are “immersed in a curriculum of fashion analysis, textiles and fashion evolution, as well as business courses in marketing, retail merchandising, and advertising,” according to the school’s website.
