Dietary Manager Schools

Dietary managers are trained professionals responsible for food service and safety in medical settings such as a hospitals or assisted living facilities. This training can also be valuable when applying to work in non-clinical areas such as restaurants and hotels. The Dietary Manager's Association (DMA) is a trade organization for dietary managers established in 1960 that provides certification, educational and developmental programs. The organization maintains criteria and a list of approved training programs available in classrooms across the United States, online and via correspondence schools.
