Princeton also took top honors on "U.S. News & World Report's" list of best national universities (a list of universities offering a comprehensive slate of undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees).

Although Rutgers earned some dubious honors in regard to its campus and professors (appearing on lists for least beautiful campus, least accessible professors and "Professors Get Low Marks"), the school is still rated a best northeastern college by the "Princeton Review." Rutgers fared better in the "U.S. News & World" report rankings, earning the 66th slot on the publication's list of best national universities.
