Briarcliffe College offers a bachelor's degree program in criminal justice. This program helps prepare students for careers in local, state, and federal law enforcement. Long Island University offers a bachelor's degree program in criminal justice, allowing students to develop their professional skills in pretrial services, public safety, victim services, and corrections. Students learn about theory and practice applied to the criminal justice program. Top students at the school will have an opportunity to attend the Justice Semester at Washington D.C.'s American University, where students will learn about criminal justice issues and policies in the nation's capital. Once graduated from the four-year program, students can enroll in the school's master's degree program in criminal justice. The college also offers internships in the criminal justice field.
