MRI Technician Degrees

Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an important medical procedure that uses radio waves and a magnetic field connected to a computer to produce detailed images of the body for diagnostic purposes. Highly skilled professionals are required to safely operate the necessary equipment and assist physicians and radiologists in the diagnosis of injuries or disease. A combination of theoretical and practical training is needed to become a certified MRI technician under the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART).
