Physics Engineering Colleges

Engineering psychics is the combined study of engineering, mathematics and physics. Job opportunities for physics engineering majors include research and development positions, laboratory posts, technical director and staff engineer. These schools are accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), which credentials degree programs in applied science, engineering and technology.
  1. Colorado School of Mines

    • The Colorado School of Mines (CSM) has programs in 2010 in its Department of Physics that lead to a bachelor of science and a master of science degree in physics engineering. CSM states that it is proud of its "learn by doing" philosophy of allowing students to work with physics faculty on a variety of projects relating to subjects like renewable energy and nanotechnology. CSM is a public university with an undergraduate population in 2010 of more than 3,000.
