• German-Jordanian University’s Talal Abu-Ghazaleh College of Business offers a 137-credit-hour undergraduate degree in international accounting that includes 121 required courses along with 18 electives. Students study in Germany and Jordan, and courses include English, German, military sciences, social entrepreneurship and enterprise and principles of microeconomics. The program trains students to work as controllers, auditors and consultants, among others. The department also offers a 42-credit-hour master’s degree with a concentration in international accounting, which prepares students to become certified international accountants or auditors by taking exams such as the Arab Certified Professional Accountant exam, the Certified Management Accountant exam and the Certified Public Accountant exam.

• University of Glamorgan’s Business School in the United Kingdom offers a bachelor of arts degree in international accounting that can be completed in three years of full-time study or six years of part-time study. International accounting also is offered as a minor or joint degree program. Students are prepared for the international job market. Areas of study include personal finance planning, corporate governance, business law, computerized accounting, auditing, finance and taxation.
