Appalachian State University offers bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and doctorate degrees. Appalachian State University offers transfer distance education degree programs at the undergraduate level as well as degree and certificate programs at the graduate level. Undergraduate distance programs are available only in the upper division casework. Graduate distance education programs require applicants to hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution.

ITT Tech offers associate degrees in information systems security, electronics and communications, engineering technology and computer drafting and design.
