Outdoor Instructor Training Courses

Outdoor recreation instructors can work as wilderness guides, kayak teachers and nature camp counselors. They can also hold jobs related to virtually any wilderness activity, including back-country hiking and rock climbing. Becoming trained in the field necessitates hands-on experience in the great outdoors. Potential outdoor instructors can find training at venues that include community colleges and private training organizations.
