How to Become a Court Reporter in Canada

Canadian court reporters record verbatim speeches, legal proceedings, meetings, and conversations. Called the "guardians of courtroom proceedings", court reporters are needed not only at court but at any meeting that requires a recorded transcript.

Becoming a court reporter in Canada is not a difficult task. With the right training and dedication you could have a front row seat to the country's most controversial cases, million dollar divorce settlements and notorious criminal trials.
