    • Texas Christian University offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in theatre and an emphasis in acting. Candidates must audition each semester to remain in the program.     • Seton Hill University is a Catholic-affiliated liberal arts college that provides an undergraduate major in theatre performance. Applicants must complete a portfolio review that includes an audition. This degree combines general education requirements in English, religion, theology, math, science and cultural studies with in-depth instruction in theatrical performance. Course topics include production, dance, voice and speech, stage make-up, dramatic writing, theatre history, directing and stage movement.

    George Fox University

    • As specified on its website, George Fox University is the only Christian-affiliated school in the Pacific Northwest that is also classified as a national university by "U.S. News and World Report." It provides a Bachelor of Arts in theatre with a concentration in acting and directing. This program features small classes with a student-to-faculty ratio of 11-to-1. All coursework is delivered from a Christian worldview that incorporates religious faith. Course topics include stagecraft, theatre as ministry, theatre history, Shakespeare, theatre management, scriptwriting, producing and directing, popular culture, improvisation and theatrical performance.

    Abilene Christian University

    • Abilene Christian University offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in acting. Candidates must complete an audition to be considered for admission. Course topics include voice and diction, stage movement, acting styles and methods, directing, improvisation, dance, theatre history, film appreciation, playwriting, stage make-up and costume design. Students must also complete at least 15 hours of Bible study coursework.
