Drafting Design Colleges

Drafting and design is the process of designing a product or building. Most of today's product designers use computer software such as computer-aided design (CAD) or computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software. Students who study drafting and design learn how to use related software, how to make effective designs and the history behind drafting and design. Schools throughout the country offer two-year associate and four-year bachelor's degrees that teach the drafting and design fundamentals.
