Verify your identity. The customer service representative will ask you a series of questions to verify your identity including your full name, Social Security number and the date and place you took the MAT exam.
Tell the customer service representative that the date of birth listed on your MAT score card is incorrect. Provide the customer service representative with your correct date of birth. Harcourt Assessment will update your date of birth and your correct identifying information will appear on any future score card or test transcript sent to graduate schools for admissions purposes.
