    • Located in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Regent University offers a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership & Management that is available online and on-campus. The curriculum covers topics in communications, marketing, managerial performance, accounting, strategic planning, ethics and organizational development. Students in the program learn about business, theories of leadership, organizational influence and moral character. Concentrations in the bachelor's degree program are available in leadership, management and health care management.

    Colorado Christian University

    • Colorado Christian University offers a 120-credit bachelor's degree program in organizational management in Christian leadership. Focus areas within the program include Christian spirituality and leadership; tools for effective management; history and theology in decision making; and organizational behavior, health and growth. Students in the program learn about the growth of the church, spiritual leadership in teamwork, biblical teaching on motivation and ethics and practical management and leadership abilities. The program also offers students an opportunity to participate in a one-day summit that brings together business professionals and students.

    Purdue University

    • Purdue University is located in West Lafayette, Indiana, and offers a master's degree in engineering with a specialization in engineering management and leadership. This is an online program, and applicants must have a bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited school. Students learn and communicate through videos, discussion boards, chat rooms, webcasts and email. The program is 33 credits, and courses include globalization and engineering, quality control, human factors in engineering, manufacturing economics, product usability and engineering economics analysis.

    George Washington University

    • George Washington University in Washington, D.C. offers both a bachelor's and master's degree in clinical leadership and management. This is a dual degree program that prepares students to work in the health care system field. The distance learning program requires students to complete 132 bachelor's degree credits, followed by 27 graduate degree credits. Courses cover a variety of topics in the health sciences, including planning and marketing, quality improvement, informatics, human resources development and economics.
