Bluffton, South Carolina, located in Beaufort County, is a town located adjacent to Hilton Head Island.     Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL)

Additionally, through the Georgia Tech Regional Engineering Program, students are able to take engineering classes at SSU but graduate with an engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
