Use double-spacing for the entire essay, including the title headline.
Write your name on the top line of the essay, with left adjustment on.
Enter the name of your professor on the next line.
Write the name of the class on the next line.
Enter the date on the next line.
Center align the next line and write the title of your essay.
Indent the first line of your essay, and the first line of all paragraphs, 1/2 inch.
Place your last name and the page number in the upper right margin of every page after the first page.
