Who can pay TOEFL fees?

Anyone can pay the TOEFL iBT® fees, provided they are registering to take the test themselves. There's no restriction based on age, nationality, or residency. However, the payment must be made by the test taker or someone authorized by the test taker (e.g., a parent or sponsor) using acceptable payment methods provided by ETS.
