Are you allowed to bring a bag the SAT?

Yes, you can bring a bag to the SAT. However, there are restrictions on what you can bring in your bag. The following items are allowed in your bag:

- Your admission ticket

- A photo ID

- #2 pencils

- An eraser

- A calculator (check the SAT website for a list of approved calculators)

- A watch (check the SAT website for a list of approved watches)

- A snack (no drinks)

- A small bottle of hand sanitizer

The following items are not allowed in your bag:

- Cell phones

- Tablets

- Laptops

- Smartwatches

- Headphones

- Earbuds

- Cameras

- Weapons

- Any other electronic devices

If you bring any prohibited items to the test center, you will be asked to put them away or leave them at the security checkpoint. You will not be allowed to take them into the testing room.
