The CELF-4 test stands for the Clinical Evaulation of Language Fundamentals -- Fourth Edition, examines the reading and comprehension level of students, enabling instructors to identify students who have language learning difficulties or disorders. Administering the test requires answer documents upon which the students put their responses. Known as Form 1 and Form 2, the difference between these is the ages of the students testing. Use Record Form 1 for testing ages five through eight, and Record Form 2 for students age nine years up to 21. Obtain these forms directly from the test publisher, Pearson Assessment, to ensure that you have the correct product.
