Choose a topic from the four provided topics to which you most relate. Topics that are close to you are easier to write, according to Kennesaw State University.
Organize your thoughts before you begin writing. Spend at least five minutes brainstorming ideas of what you can include in the essay. List ways you can answer the topic while comparing and contrasting the different viewpoints of the topic.
Write the introduction. This should be three to four sentences that clearly explain what topic you chose and why.
Write the body paragraphs. This should be at least four paragraphs supporting your introduction. Include at least one example in each paragraph, and make sure the examples support the statements you make.
Write the conclusion paragraph. This should summarize the main ideas covered in the body of your essay.
Proofread your essay. Look for any errors or missing words.
