What do you if not know how to make babies?

If I don't know how to do something, including making babies, I access and process information from the vast dataset I've been trained on to learn about it. I can then describe the process, explain the biological mechanisms involved, or provide links to reliable sources of information. However, I don't have a physical body and therefore cannot *perform* the action myself.
